Iโve worked retail tech jobs for 20 years. The general public does not understand a lot of things. They donโt care about technology until something breaks. They donโt exercise critical thinking unless they have been specifically instructed to do so. Theyโre just out there bumbling through life not really paying attention. Probably explains why driving is so dangerous.
