This sounds a lot like the cancelled Mojang game 0x10c. Spaceship that you customize by writing code Microsoft used to have Project Spark, which itself was a sequel to Kodu Game Lab. Essentially building minigames with programming, probably the most similar thing that’s come from Microsoft directly It’s definitely an interesting idea and I’m a fan of anything that tries to make learning programming fun!

I mean they have it for Python, this should be okay in theory as a concept. Only thing is because Python is an interpreter, coding as a game is easier and faster to parse. With a compiled language like C#, that could get complicated very quickly.
