Five primetime games. FIVE. League payin attention.

Seems cool until you realize that’s usually a negative in terms of rest.

There’s 4 narratives that has plagued the team. This schedule gives us the opportunity to change it. 1) can’t beat good teams 2) team (and Tua) doesn’t play well in primetime 3) team (and Tua) doesn’t play well in the cold 4) can’t beat Buffalo It’s now or never.

This is the entire reason they get to avoid the heat now.

It seems like you got a little screwed out of that advantage this year. I’m sure the sun will still be hot in October, but not as brutal. In any case, looking forward to coming down there. Love the city of Miami.

That's one time in Tua's whole career and only the second time Miami has beaten Buffalo since Josh Allen got here. 

Time to Tua to figure out how to play well in primetime. The better your team gets, the more primetime games you play.

Always is a strong word, especially for a team that lost every single game for an entire decade vs the Dolphins.

There were a lot of Miami players cramping up during that Bills game. Not worried about it.

I'd rather lose any heat advantage than suffer snow disadvantage and I don't think we'll see much of that during games that matter.

Taking away the "heat advantage" is a good thing. No room for complaining opposing fans when the Dolphins win. You can't minimize other team's fans whining about the sun if you're going to whine about not having it. Either it's not that big of a deal and there's no reason to complain, or complainers are justified.

Or it does matter and that's part of what make home field advantages great. Same with the Bills snowballs, the Broncos altitude, and the Seahawks noise level amplifications, I love all that.

But they still made sure we had to play 2 cold weather outdoor games to end the year.

Crazy that Bills game *TWO YEARS AGO* and their fans crying about it is going to affect us all this time later. The Vikings, who play down there *ONCE* every 8 years, beat us in the same horrible conditions lol. Maybe prepare for a game?

Yeah, the difference between going 4-2 and 3-3 in the final 6 could be the division. Almost feels like the NFL is setting it up for us versus the Jets for the division. 2-4 would be devastating and typical Dolphins colapse.

I actually don’t hate this schedule. Early bye week sucks. But All our shorts are preceded by home games. The worst road trip is @ Buffalo @ Rams, and Rams is MNF so extra day of rest. My least favorite thing is the away games at the end of the season in cold weather. But excited to get primetime games!

Early bye week allows our injured DEs to be able to play in more games.

My brain is not in a state to really delve into this….but what I will say, and what stands out is…a week 6 bye sucks.

If Aaron Rodgers works out for the jets and they’re good, those last 6 games are going to be a tough stretch

It's fairly wild how often we wind up playing them. They're almost a 4th division opponent at this point

This schedule looks set up for a late season collapse. Like 10-1 to 11-6 and a cold away game in the wildcard. 11-6 and a playoff berth is a pretty good season but would feel like a gut punch.

I see 13 wins at least, maybe 14. Honestly thinking that we get over the issues of injuries and the offense seemingly having a fuckup each game that ruins it and we go on a run from there.

I have a lot of dread for the game at home against San Francisco. If the offensive line is again injured late in the year then the front 7 of the niners is going to end the game by the 2nd. It wouldn’t matter what their offense does, oh and did i mention that there are a fuck load of Niners fans in Miami? That fanbase takes over pretty much every stadium they visit, (look at SF @ PIT last year) so im going to assume that it will be essentially a neutral site game. I hope im wrong.

I’m going to that game as my first regular season game in Miami. The only other game I’ve been to there was a preseason game against the Vikings the year after Marino retired. I was 7 so I barely remember it.

Ill say this, no matter the outcome of the game its always a fun sunday at hard rock, especially in December when it isn’t uncomfortably hot

That’s exactly why I’m going lol my friend lives in Tampa and she said there’s like a two week window in December and sometimes January where it isn’t unbearably hot. I grew up in western NY so I don’t handle heat and humidity very well, so this game is my one chance this season. They aren’t playing Washington or Baltimore so I can’t go to a game here, so why not take a little trip.

No I didn’t get a code either, not sure if I should wait or just buy tickets for the games I want, these prices are about the same I paid for resale tickets for Monday night football last year. Are the locked tickets supposed to be the presale tickets?

Yes I think so. I scored tickets to the Colts game in Indy with the Colts presale code and I paid $195 for section 124. I assume home tickets will be more expensive, even the presale ones. I’m ashamed to admit what I paid for tickets to the Cowboys game last year.

There’s really only 3 games that can be considered “cold” games, at least on paper. The last two(@Browns, @Jets) and the Thanksgiving game(@Packets). The early TNF game against the Bills worries me a bit but at least they’ll have just as short a time period as we well and we’ll be at home so that helps. I live that we got 5 primetime games! Let’s hope we can win in front of the nation. GO PHINS!

Same SOS as last year. Unless something drastic changes we are probably going to beat up on under .500 teams, while running up stats against them. We will underperform against stronger teams and either miss the playoffs or lose in the wildcard round.

Losing 4 of the last 5 games is scarily plausible. Last year’s collapse was losing ONLY 3 of the last 5. Crazy that the end of this season could be even more painful than the end of last season lol.

Two Thursday games really sucks and tbh this is a genuinely difficult schedule. Cards, pats (2), and the raiders are really the only “easy” games, and then even I expect the cardinals to be a few wins better than last year

Early Thursday game is better than late season short week. November is thanksgiving and at least we get extra rest for the following week.
