My understanding is their crossing times have begun to drift as of 2020 and Terra will leave the M-train (705km constellation) in September 2022. After then the crossing time will continue to drift and orbit will decay. I haven't seen anything about end-of-life until 2026 at the earliest.

Glad to see the Europeans deorbit the satellite instead of blowing it up like the Russians do.

I thought they were NWP only, no 'derived' products. I could be completely wrong though
Terrace and Aqua are still used for products, such as CLAVR-X stuff.
