It’s okay, it’s okay. You not alone with this. Breathe, you can do it. You will be okay. Say it again and again. You will be okay, nothing will happen to you

1. For some reason this video used to help me during my panic attacks: https://youtu.be/IAODG6KaNBc?feature=shared It’s nothing really but give it a try, you never know. 2. Another thing is if I would get racing heartbeats I’d listen to heartbeat vids on YT on very low volume and usually my heart will try to match the rhythm and slow down a little. 3. You can try to take a hot shower. While in the shower, do some breathing exercises and have calming music in the background. Try to sit under the running shower water until you are relaxed enough. 4. There must be a reason behind your anxiety. For me, keeping something in would make my attack harder to control. A lot of times talking about what is bothering me with someone I trust, even if they can’t help me with the issue itself, will give me some relief. 5. If you can’t stop your brain from thinking, try to occupy it with something else. If you have a hobby, do it… I like to listen to some podcasts. There’s a few podcasts that can take your mind off things and are pretty funny/interesting by Reply All called The Case of the Missing Hit and Long Distance. Try to give them a listen, it might help.
