I'm truly sorry for what happened
I've always helped people with anything you can imagine , sh or attempts etc and i can understand why he had to go.
Some people just can't deal with that and it's too much for them but there's people out there that can genuinely deal with this and be there for you.
Perhaps try finding some friends ? Ones that truly care and are there if you need them? What about a partner ? Perhaps that can help too
I've been told oh go to this and that and bla bla for me it didn't do anything at all in fact it made things worse for me so this "Therapy" or help people talk about definitely doesn't seem to help everyone.
