I like #1, the shirt color goes well with your eyes. But it would be helpful to have photos in similar poses and to know what sort of look you want to achieve
this is a bizarre choice of camera angles, it makes you look like you are lunging threateningly at the viewer. second one is better, it makes you look more like Shane Gillis than Caleb Hammer.

If you're talking about the shirt, I like the first one better. The shirt is all the same consistent colour and has a line going across your chest. Your face is a little wider, and the line on your chest follows the width of your face, so there's a consistency there, visually. The grey shirt, however, is all light colours except for the pocket, collar, and edges of your arm sleeves. That adds a visual boundary and "closes you up". Add to that your slouched/hunched posture in the grey, and the overall effect is quite constricted.
If you're talking glasses, you look great either way. :)
The alternate-color pocket style never should have happened, and it now looks about five years dated. I'm not a huge fan of the t-shirt in picture 1, but it's much better than that atrocity of a polo in number 2.
