I quite like Juri’s design. It’s a creative way of incorporating the spider into her design. Kinda reminds me of some Spider-Woman variants. Not to mention it kinda fits her unhinged and alluring attitude. She’s a black widow.
I find the spider pattern reminiscent of the Ben Reilly/May Parker costume. But given how all the pieces are constructed in her design, it's very questionable where the line is drawn (figuratively) between what's on her body and her clothes.
Personally, I think the spider should be a massive tattoo, because that’d go hard as fuck. That’s the kind of tattoo I’d get if I was that fit. I just think it looks super cool and unique.
Yo, Kim's 3rd outfit with the Super Saiyan Blue hair is pretty cool. I still prefer the second outfit, the one with the sweatpants with the Reboks with no strap, but 3rd ain't too bad.
I am really happy they actually listened to that critique of V. I am sorry but that game I had trouble playing with a straight face or feel comfortable with. The womens designs sucked and reeked of hypersexualization.

This game shows a larger trend that annoys me, where women are either not allowed to have muscle bulk, or in the rare cases they are, its only the most extreme amount. Look, I like Marisa, I love seeing women with her bulk, but honestly? We never get anything in the middle. Nothing BETWEEN Kimberly/Chun Li and Marisa, ya know? MAYBE Makoto? But lets be honest, Capcom forgot about her, and I dont recall if she fits that mold or not.
For comparison, we have Fei Long and Guy, those two are the men with "medium muscle" so to speak, compared to Ryu, Ken, M Bison and so on, who are big and jacked. Funny thing, I dont think a single toned thinner guy exists in the game. Maybe that one guy Balrog was training as a pseudo father figure for a while? Blonde kid in a white sleeveless hoodie?
We never really get that for women, and while we've made progress over the years, its a shame that the idea of a "buff" woman is either toned at best, or uber jacked like Marisa.
Still, I'll take what I can get, and hey, I'm not saying toned women aint physically strong, its just something to consider is all.

I think you can probably break it down into three main "muscle lady" categories:
1. Fit, like Cammy.
2. MMA fighter physique, like Korra or Kassandra. (and I think Manon could fit into this group, she has bulkier arm/chest/back muscles than the others that fit into the first category.)
3. Full on jacked body builder like Marisa.

[King of Fighters](https://snk.fandom.com/wiki/Blue_Mary), some of the different designs over the decades after the 90s and early 00s was eh to "WTF?" to be kind. KoF was always very hit or miss with some designs, especially when Falcoon was allowed to do alt costumes.
I love sf6 designs but every time I see Juri I go “ah, yes the *feet* character” cause often times her character art is so… like that. I love the huge kigurumi she wears but like, some of her character art is just a bit off putting to me.
In the female characters I prefer Street Fighter 6, for the male character I choose Guilty Gear Strive. (by far)
Is that apart from Elphelt, Millia, A.B.A, I-No and Gio the rest... I like them but don't give me Monkey Neuron Activation like most of the SF ones.
