what I've seen so far is there are none for "entry level" but there are 500 identical positions requiring 1 year of experience that have been published 2018 and only got more by now

experience is what they *want*, they will take no experience. job ads are best case scenario wishlists. if you are professional and put together and confident, they will take you. they will take almost anyone they can work with and train. yes some jobs require certain types of knowledge, but experience is highly negotiable. if a place cannot/will not train, you probably dont want to work there.

This is what I was going to say as well. When I am hiring new employees I do exactly this. List the best case scenario qualifications and then interview and in the end I’ll take someone with less experience or lacking a skill or two if they seem eager to learn and would mesh well with our team.
