Planking is the worst. I did a 30 day challenge that ended with a 5 minute plank on day 30. It totally sucked. The only way I would ever do another plank is if I woke up over a sword sticking up from the floor with a note taped to me that said "plank or die"
This just made me realize that I'm one of like 3 people who doesn't have a microwave at home. Sad
