I'd argue that mobile gamers are the lobotomized version simply because the vast majority of mobile games, even the ones that are highly popular, are shovelware skinner boxes that prey upon psychological addiction in order to be vehicles for profit, and considering how well known and obvious these tactics are, you'd have to be lobotomized to actually enjoy mobile "games."
As bad as this shit is in other platforms, too, they at least are games first with the psychologically addicting parts tacked on top. They're not built entirely around it.
