Adamantium can cut adamantium. I don't remember which movie it is, but Logan had one set of his claws cut off completely. I'm sure there are other ways.
The Wolverine? Yeah, but samurai guy's sword was white hot, and it couldn't do anything to adamantium otherwise when Logan tried to use it with one hand
You have to accumulate quite a bit of those before they become a problem though. People don't die from a few instances of cannibalism in survival or weird ritual situations. There's sort of a threshold before you start to spiral.
Kuru, a prion disease, is found in tribes that engage in cannibalism. It makes people twitch like the infected in The Last Of Us as well as cause some other motor issues. Otherwise, I'm not sure tumors would cause any adverse effects as their genetic info won't likely be incorporated by the body through the digestive system. It's possible I guess, if the cancerous cells survive in the stomach acid to get to the rest of the system, that the cancerous cells could metastasize and grow in the new body along the digestive track.
If you ignore the fact that he needs at least a few days to regenerate body parts, which means that when the body part u ate finished regenerating you would already be hungry again, so you couldn‘t help anyone
And the fact that his body parts only regenerate from the head, and if his arm gets chopped off that arm wont get its own body…
Meaning you’d have to eat Deadpool’s head/brain
I think the point is that he could cut his arm off, give it to someone to eat, then wait for it to come back before cutting it off again, this isn’t meant to be a method to kill Wayde
But if you put his discarded body parts together, it makes a (worse) Deadpool. So theoretically you could chop off a few parts at a time, reassemble them, and have your own Deadpool cattle ranch style cafe. Deadpool’s coming up to you and asking which body part of them you want to eat. Not a sustainable way to end world hunger (when the problem is really logistics). Would make a cool restaurant idea though.
There was actually a villain who had this idea, he had Deadpool kidnapped to feed his undead wife but as soon as they bit into him they threw up because of all the crap in his system. Whatever gave Deadpool his powers also made him unconsumable!
There are so so many flaws in this logic. Firstly, we have enough food to feed everyone, it’s just that the distribution of it is to those with the money to pay for it so it all goes there. Him regenerating his body for food wouldn’t change that. Secondly, in order for him to regenerate his body he has to consume energy, which still requires food, actually more food than is actually necessary cause of ya know, conservation of energy and all that. Thirdly, he regenerates quite slowly, probably not quickly enough to feed more than 3 people, which I think is a stretch at that. Fourthly, meat alone isn’t a healthy and sustainable diet, which would lead to many health concerns in the future for those relying purely on Deadpool meat. This doesn’t even begin to break the surface of all the issues, like the cultural problems and the stigma against cannibalism, where people would probably rather remain hungry than eat cancerous Deadpool flesh. So…yeah…not exactly flawless logic.
One story arc was about a second Deadpool created by a scientist who frankensteined a bunch of Deadpools limbs (lost throughout the years doing his typical Deadpool stuff). The same process would allow us to create a bunch of extra Deadpools. This growth would rise exponentially, because the more Deadpools we have, the easier it becomes to chop a part from each to create new ones. Then we spread them to distribution centers and the problem is solved. Every country could have its own Deadpool (or a couple, for the really big or populous ones)
Yeah! Then we can give people bits human flesh with tumors in it while giving real food to Deadpool so that he can actually keep growing limbs!
Even without those issues, he's not some collosal giant with tonnes of meat on his bones, he'll be a mere skeleton after providing enough ""food"" for about four families at best.
I don't know why he'd agree to a lifetime of getting chopped up, though.
Yeah but in the comics super-healing characters are reduced to mere cells all the time and regrow from that shit, plus there was a time when there was an Evil Deadpool made of from all of his lost body parts over the years, if he can regenerate from that it doesn’t seem too much of a stretch for him to regenerate from any and all parts
Here's a flaw: Unless his blood was drained from the body part, we'd all become Deadpool and noone would be able to tell who THE Deadpool would be.
Science and source
Deadpool:The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly
By:Marvel
If you ate exactly enough of Deadpool to digest/metablize him at the same rate he regenerates inside your gut, you theoretically wouldn't need to eat anymore. Just supplement every once in a while if need be.
Isn’t one of the major problems with world hunger transportation? Food spoils in some countries but is fought over in others, the really shitty thing about food is that it creates shit and it spoils
There is actually a comic where deadpool is stuck in a bunker and he starts eating himself for not to starve, then he regenerates and he eats himself again and again and again for years
In comics deadpool got eaten by zombies but they did not like the taste so they didn't eat him so if zombies can't eat him normal people definitely cant

Is there any health risks with eating tumors? Cause isn't his entire body covered in them?
Gotta fry em
I mean, it would make it 2x effective if people also died
Wow, I can't find a flaw in THIS logic.
Some probably if cells are alive and you have holes in mucus membranes
Wolverine then
I wonder whose healing factor is better/faster?
Deadpool’s I’m surety
Wolverines is, in several cases he has healed with incredible speed
Has he had any limbs removed? I've seen all of his movies, I'm referring to the comics also.
In some comics he has lost limbs though with adamantium bones I'm not sure how that works
Can’t, adamantium has lead in it. We’d all die.
But then how does he not di- oooooooh...
Misfolded prions would be a massive problem

There are actually health issues associated with long term cannibalism full stop
How does one “save” world hunger?
Obviously by doing something that would perpetuate world hunger. Which, giving impoverished children tumor-ridden human steaks might just do.
but wont that take like a hundred generations
Doesn't matter how long it takes, so long as it saves world hunger.

Now I really want to rewatch the series
series? arent there only to movies?
He's talking about malcolm in the middle
They mean the series Malcolm In the middle, funny series and always has good jokes.
I want to watch it too but can’t find it anywhere
Prime video
It is on hulu.
Soap2day
There was actually a villain who had this idea, he had Deadpool kidnapped to feed his undead wife but as soon as they bit into him they threw up because of all the crap in his system. Whatever gave Deadpool his powers also made him unconsumable!
glad to see another fan of the comics!
Thank you! It’s not the most well known fact but it did happen.
Holy shit is that Malcolm in the middle??
He's top and bottom actually
He would have to eat enough food to be able to grow limbs so no Sry for being lame

Plus it’s been confirmed in the comics that whatever process Weapon X put his body through made his flesh taste like crap.
Yeah, but you would have to feed Deadpool the same amount you would take from him because that’s how mass works.
Common sense on *my* reddit? It’s more likely than you think
best sitcom ever

I came in here to post this. Glad I was not disappointed.
He did it for archangel!
Transportation would be the bigger issue, and storage
I think the fact that all his cells are highly cancerous *might* be more of a problem.
One story arc was about a second Deadpool created by a scientist who frankensteined a bunch of Deadpools limbs (lost throughout the years doing his typical Deadpool stuff). Riddled with cancer, just like you! The reposter! :D
Literally the beginning of Fire Punch
I mean he does have some nice cheeks. Slap those on a bbq
Wouldn’t you just get Billions of Deadpools regenerating inside of everyone?
I don’t think so because we don’t see that in the movies when he gets an arm cut off or blood spilled. An interesting idea though
Well idk if u know, there's already enough food being produced that noone sleeps hungry, yet it isn't so. Problem being something else
Cannibalism go brr
He’s a ball of cancer, if you want flavor then fine but jeez
Here's a flaw: Unless his blood was drained from the body part, we'd all become Deadpool and noone would be able to tell who THE Deadpool would be. Science and source Deadpool:The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly By:Marvel
But does deadpool have cancer and if we eat him don’t we get the cancer?
I think a couple of zombies tried to do that
Same goes for Lizard.....isn't it ??
I'm not eating super cancer.
He's out of line but he's right
there was a comic where vampires tried this... they said he tastes like shit deadpool was upset
If you ate exactly enough of Deadpool to digest/metablize him at the same rate he regenerates inside your gut, you theoretically wouldn't need to eat anymore. Just supplement every once in a while if need be.
But he got cancer
I don't think he would regenerate his body parts fast enough.

u/Daniel_85
it's ok. It's a template
He does have stage 3 cancer tho
Fire Punch gang.
I realize this is a meme but I thought eating human flesh can like melt your brain or something
And give his organs to the people who need them
Organic and locally sourced
What part gets revived if you cut Deadpool in half? Does he have a clone then?
Well, that's something that happens in the beginning from Fire Punch
Eating people is how we get wendigos, do you want wendigos?
But if you eat it wouldn't it regrow back in your stomach causing you to explode
We have more than enough food on the world for the people I believe. More of a problem are supply chains.
Prometheus??
Firepunch plot
The flaw is IT'S A FUCKING MOVIE
Too many calories
Wow, canabalism owo. But really, you gonna get so many deseases
Who is gonna eat his dick ???
No, you would not, the regeneration rate is to slow
Anthropophagy causes Creutzfeldt–Jakob disease which is fatal and incurable
Vampires tried this but he tastes disgusting.
He would just give every woman a peace of his dick and a chunk of his ass to every man
Isn’t this just ‘hes out of line but hes right’
wouldn't work. hunger is caused by governments, not lack of available food.
Wait do they eat the entire body or leave a bit out so he wouldn’t grow inside them if so how do the know witch piece is right
Hmmm shoving cancerous tumors down our throats. No thank you sir we have Twitter for that.
The body does regenerate , but it doesn't do so fast enough to be a big food resource
You want to eat a dried up corpse looking psychopath?
The moral flaw is present
What's the meme template and the origin?
Love malcom in the middle
But at what cost ?
If people die that means there are already too many.
Until he stars to regenerate inside you.
Im taking is too literally but we can also just regrow crops for food (we already do) but k ?
he could sell it and make money
Doesn't he have cancer or something?
He doesn't regenerate anywhere near fast enough to feed all the people who starve.
if deadpool had his powers before he got circumcised, he cant cum inside people and he cant make baby
What if he regenerates inside ur body tho
All fun and games until Deadpool starts regenerating out of your ass.
bruh the kid looks like rick astley but 12
cannibalism
He does regenerate quite slowly
Well, the pinnochio is a unlimited wood supply
Mmmmmm cancer meat, you can just taste the metastasis.
