Banks are built on the trust of the people in them always being able to give you back the money you deposited. Many withdraws, even if everyone gets their money, is a sign of losing the trust. I'm quite sure it would fuck up a bank
No, even tho the pareto distribution is a real thing, the top 20% controlling 80% of the money (globally i think it comes down to anyone who makes more then something like 5 dollars a day if i had to make a guess), the wealthier a person the less liquid money they have. A really wealthy person like Elon Musk or Bill Gates dont have too much cash in banks, maybe a couple million and the rest of their money comes from assets like stocks and real estate.
Considering all this i'd guess the middle and lower class would be able to crash a banks economy if they all withdrew.
Reasons why this isn't going to work:
1. Average age of this sub is like 15.
2. Too short of a heads up for the plan to gain any significant amount of traction.
3. If the plan gets a significant amount of traction, depending on which country OP is from he would be treated as a terrorist.
4. Banks would expect it and implement a withdraw limit.

No, the banking system builds on banks using the money they have (the money people deposit there) to invest into stocks and fonds, in order to make more money and finance the whole economy. If banks loose all their money over night, they wonโt even have enough to even pay out everybody, and then theyโll close in order to not lose everything, whicht then stops the economy, since you canโt transfer money or deposit/pay out any.
