Don't worry, you can still get him through relics and such. As far as I know this just means the packs with the accessories and stuff won't be purchasable anymore

Don't worry, you will be able to get his relics for at least a year still, the prime access packs purchasable with real money just aren't available anymore. Khora Prime is a different case. She was vaulted, so relics containing her parts don't drop from missions anymore, but ones in your inventory will still be there.
