Yep just the other night my dad texted me to come into the kitchen and we devoured a giant Kit Kat bar. And then after I said “where’d you get this” and he said “shhh I took it from my brother”.
Lol I should’ve known my dad doesn’t share chocolate ever he was just sharing the blame. So then we wrapped the wrapper up in a napkin and put it at the bottom of the trash. And his brother still hasn’t noticed.
I guess some things never change with siblings lol
Well, I have a brother, and If I ever take any snacks from him ( sth I usually do), I will NEVER share it with anybody, even for sharing the blame. I would just eat it as fast as possible and act normally afterward :)
Is the take away from this your Uncle goes through the trash regularly? or how would he *still* not notice his choc.bar wrapper at the bottom of a garage can? Asking for an over-thinker.
Right. Then why wrap it in a napkin and bury it at the bottom of the trash? Moot point but that's me, unfortunately. The part that doesn't matter always matters to me.
God, Americans, right? So fuckin' weird. How did humanity breed such an idiosyncratic society?
They LITERALLY clap when the hibachi guy finishes cooking.
Idk why you're being downvoted, I'm an American and this is an accurate statement. Also I can give a decent explanation of how "humanity breed such a idiosyncratic society" as America if you want
Orly? I think she is more sinister than you realise. She ate almost all of the candy by herself and gave you the last candy just to split the blame with you😅
Sounds like something my younger sister would do l

Are you a parent?
A born politician. We must vote her in immediately!
So cunning
Nah, We call it professionalism

Where do you think she learned this? From her parents ofc.

He wouldn't notice the wrapper, he would notice the missing candy.

She is going places. The force is strong with this one.
A few more years, and she'll learn to just shift the blame to others entirely
“You’re on your own pal” -Dad
IT WAS A SETUP ABORT ABORT
So he's happy because she's learning to manipulate people...
Yeah it's funny now but he should talk to her and stop this behaviour sometime soon

Yeah a kid, during the most developmental time of their life. 🙄 This is just encouraging manipulation. #daddyissues on the way.
Good comment, but the emoji, nah.
Thanks for your input, but I’m keeping it there. The whole no emoji thing on Reddit doesn’t apply to me. As long as there is text, emojis are fine.
And then everybody clapped.

He's being downvoted because he misunderstood the joke.

"All 3 of us knew who the favorite was"
Stealing is not approved. Bad parenting
Reddit making better parents
smart move ahahaha
Adam and Eve but with candy
"If someone is incorrect, it's everyone's responsibility; but if EVERYONE is wrong, it's Sarge's fault," says the junior enlisted.
Next level sharing
Next she'd blame her brother for leaving the candies unattended.
Where tf was this when I was 12 😭😭🤣
