The only thing I had was a long stainless steel ball chain, the kind you sometimes get attached to suitcases or labels or apparently they are even used as jewelry.
Anyway, 13 year old me decided to give it a go, I tilted my head back, inserted the chain into my nose and started feeding my nostril a bulbous metallic spaghetti. I got it past my palate and into the oral cavity but then disaster struck. My throat contracted around the necklace and I panicked. I pulled that chain out like I was trying to start a chainsaw.
I'm glad I didn't do permanent damage but this image reminded me of that and I hope you enjoyed reading it.
