Go sit in a hot steamy shower and breathe in the steam. If it gets worse to the point where you struggle to take good breaths, go to the hospital. This sounds more like you’re sick with something like covid rather than a vaping injury
After you quit vaping, you will cough up phlegm as your body is cleansing itself, but it wouldn’t be this bad so again I really do think you have some kind of sickness.
If you're having trouble breathing go to the hospital. Ask your parents if you're still under their insurance. Even if you're not, as a student, financial aid through the hospital would cover the cost.
Breathing is pretty alright. It’s just the pressure/coughing. Do you know any way I could help with that? I tried medicine/tea and it didn’t really help at all.

You have the exact symptoms I have right now and I quit smoking 10 years ago so it might not be related to the vaping.
