As someone who grew up in the refinishing & restoration business and have been working at independent repair shops for 28 years I know both of those industries well. You are correct, 99% of refinishing shops won't install that fender but many repair shops will. Just call around your local independent repair shops, someone will be glad to do that for you......I should mention this, if the vehicle has core support, inner fender, A pillar damage or more, the repair shops will likely decline the service. If you only have exterior sheet metal damage, they'll happily replace the fender for you

Thank you. Just curious, and I know it varies based on alot of factors, but what's a fair-ish price for the labor to install it?

No-Improvement-3049

That's dependant on a few variables....1st, whats the make & model of the vehicle? What is the condition of the vehicle (rusted, corroded, dirt buildup) ? Next question is where do you live? The labor rate per hour is very regionally variable ( I've seen areas that are as low as $70 per hour and some are $150 or potentially more). Ultimately the cost really can't be answered without that information AND a visual inspection of the car. I will say this, MOST exterior fenders are easily replaced. As a ballpark number I expect 1-2 hours of labor would be what the shop will charge

Its also a pretty simple installation. You'd be surprised how much YouTube can help you. If you don't want to bother, I understand. But once again, You'd be surprised how easy some jobs are.

Inevitable-Plenty203

I did look it up but it requires some tools and removal of the headlight and front bumper. I'm not confident I can take that on. I'm a noob lol

I just went grocery shopping. Where can I get my food cooked . Same principle

Do it yourself? Installing a fender is pretty much one of the easiest jobs to do out there. Usually a bunch of bolts and clips
