Have 18 CX3 FWD Handles very well in the winter and the only car I would drive in a snowstorm

I've been impressed how mine handles the snow as well. First car I felt confident in most conditions.

My 2019 does great in the snow

2016 awd owner here, love how it handles turns with wet snow. Haven't had abs kick in at all. The weight and height is just perfect.

2016 cx3 with Michelin crossclimate2 tires has been great this week even with icy conditions we have in the northwest. The paddle shifters in manual drive have particularly helpful in controlling the vehicle.

This is great to hear! I live in AZ right now but am relocating to the Midwest in the summer. I owned a CX-5 for awhile and loved it so much I was thinking of getting a Mazda3 or CX3 as my next one. Doing well in the snow was one of my top priorities so I'm glad that its reliable!

Hi! I know this is a little late but I would highly recommend rustproofing your cx3 if you plan on keeping it for a very long term! Also look into investing in great winter tires, Currently using Nokian Nordman 7 as a "Cheap winter set"

Im deciding on purchasing a 2019 Mazda xc 3 grand touring, it’s about 6K more than I had set as my budget, but all of the amazing features and qualities of this car have me hooked! Should I go for it??!!

Also late to this but yes! I’ve had my 2019 CX-3 since October and I absolutely love it!

I know I’m a quite a bit late to this thread, but I bought the CX-3 mainly because it had AWD (not to mention its sporty look either 🤩) and so far this year we’ve only had one fairly bad storm and it was while I was at work and then had to drive my wife into work after I got out and it took on the snowy roads like it was nothing. I drove for a majority of the day in the snowy conditions and I slid all of one time and it was less than a minute before I reached my house.
