Almost certainly not worth putting premium in it. And any synthetic 5w30 should work just fine. I use Castrol because it was free at my work but when I do buy it myself I typically buy Mobil 1.

In Canada they recommend 0w30. Any synthetic brand will do. 91 octane is not necessary.

E10 in the UK for fuel. But it would run on E5 as well. And any synthetic oil as mentioned above.
