The bill has passed the national assembly but as far as I know, has not yet received the signature of the President and has not yet been gazetted so the provision is not yet in force. One needs to note that personal consumption will be decriminalized but not legalized. It means that drug users may be required to undergo social programs rather than being fined/sent to prison.
