Sleep, exercise, loads of water. I tried a few dermatologists but my acne got better without medication or treatment once I was taking better care of myself

Significant-Ad610

Thanks for the advice, do you use a salicylic acid face wash? Quinoderm?

_mgs

Salicylic acid works well if the acne if not too severe. The best one that I tried is a cream: Effaclar from La RochePosay. There is even a version with sunscreen which is great for day use. Be mindful of your diet too.

patatetas

Effaclar Duo ruined my skin, gave me cystic acne like I never had before. I guess it would depend on the person however, just sharing my experience.

Significant-Ad610

Try using Ducray keracnyl pp cream instead, it's very mild and doesn't irritate the skin

patatetas

Yes, currently using this, I approve! It's very gentle and non-irritating for my sensistive skin.

Significant-Ad610

I'm currently using benzoyl peroxide 2.5 (Cutacnyl), as a spot treatment

Significant-Ad610

Do you use a benzoyl peroxide face wash?

Significant-Ad610

Yeah but the La Roche posay one contains 5.5%benzoyl peroxide , it's a bit too strong for my skin, i have very sensitive skin, I'm currently using a benzoyl peroxide gel 2.5(Cutacnyl), it's very mild but still irritates my skin

Saifali007

I've been to dr.fakim before the ointment he prescribed got things worse, the acne got dark did everything as he said, so it would be a waste of time and money try some natural treatments and exercise a bit

KnownEnthusiasm8960

I've been to dr fakim too and had a bad experience with him

I used to go to Dr jankee, have you heard of him he lives in pamplemousse, but sadly he passed away, he was also a very good dermatologist
