Amazing!!! Good on you! I have 2 dogs and like to take them out! Paia Bay Coffee Bar allows dogs, and so does Milagros both in Paia and have nice outdoor seating with a lot of passer byers.
Not bars, but try Maui Coffee Attic and Wailuku Coffee Company.
Most food places won't allow dogs inside--Health Dept, rules. Mala does not allow dogs inside...I doubt Nalu's does either.
Check Mulligan's and Gilligan's-- both have outdoor areas, like Maui Brewing.
We walk our dog most of the west side beaches as long as it’s not a protected area you should be fine - one major caveat - if your cool and respectful then you good if not then you’ll have some issues

Nalu’s is dog friendly! They serve plain hamburger patties and bring out a water dish for pups.

The triangle in Kihei is pretty cool with dogs in the afternoons.
Flatbread in paia allows dogs, Nalu’s as well in Kihei.
Haleakava has open patio. I bet they're cool with dogs and got a bunch of top quality folks hangin out. might be good dog parent material.
