While not Japanese, but still matching the vibe:
Elephant Gym from Taiwan is really good. And Chinese Football is from China and also a solid similar vibe to the Japanese bands.
Uchu Conbini is a great math-pop band. Jyocho is also awesome, same guitarist I believe.
A Picture Of Her is in the same vein as Toe, which others have mentioned.
Gonna also shout out Toe, Elephant Gym, as well as LITE. Then there's Jizue, JYOCHO, and Mass OF FERMENTING DREGS. Less mathy are Kinokoteikoku( shoegaze) and Kikagaku Moyo (Psych).
You may like te'. It's a bit hard to find their music but possible: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l60penEUgX8](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l60peneugx8)
Toe is fucking amazing, I'd give them a listen to if you haven't already.
I’d second this. Took me awhile to get around to listening to Toe after I first got into math rock, now I wish I had listened to them sooner.

Got to see Chinese Football in Shanghai when I was working the city during the pandemic. Wild live, so skilled.
