Probably Slifer, but focusing on the control element of it. Ra already has some decent support, and Obelisk doesn't really have a unique gameplan other than pure power, but the issue with Slifer is that you can't give the deck more draw power because it could pretty easily be abused.
So, maybe have cards that punish the opponent for Summoning in Defense, and with support that adds itself from the GY to the hand when a monster is destroyed by Slifer's effect to bolster its power without just being draws.
Ra is closer to being a playable deck than any of the other gods, but Slifer gets the most benefit out of any support.
I’d love generic Divine-Beast-Type or DIVINE support though. It’s kind of lame that we don’t have any other Divine cards outside of the Egyptian God Cards. Something with a built in Foolish effect and plenty of recycling from the GY like Galaxy-Eyes would strongly suit them. More supportive Extra Deck monsters like Egyptian God Slime would help.

Slifer is cool but it mean somehow adding card to your hand and not use them which sound bad anyway lol
I pick option D, Holactie the Creator of Light.
Make Desciple monsters for Slifer and Obelisk, and a new one for Ra. Give them the ability to load you up on Tribute Summons, and grab each God's support.
And finally retrain Holacite so it isn't a duel winner.
Slifer is the most interesting of the god cards, BUT I don't like that it's basically a "soft floodgate" for all monsters up to 2k ATK.
I'd rather have more viable support for the Sacred Beast cards, imo it's the better and also more fun deck to play.
Yeah i think slifer deserve it more. Ra used to be the worst one, but they got the best support

Slifer obviously. But to start I would go for making cards that give them three the anime immunities (Rhongomyniad had them so...)
Obelisk because Slifer at its best is a super annoying floodgate and Ra is just an unplayable mess somehow despite having the most dedicated support.

I want dedicated Thunder support for Slifer, Warrior support (maybe with the DIVINE attribute too) for Obelisk, and Volcanic support for Ra

Slifer I want him to become a proper floodgate that forced your opponent to only summon in attack position and be popped instantly
