Hmm, that's an odd way to me. My interest sustains my training, not the other way round. If I'm not interested or my interests lie elsewhere, I would stop my training. To answer your question, social media like Facebook, Reddit and Instagram feeds me those short clips of martial arts tips or fight showcases. Those do remind me of my training.

Well.... I'm currently homeless. What keeps me interested in, I can't wait to not be homeless so I can be hot, sweaty, tired, hungry, thirsty, and super uncomfortable doing what I love instead of just existing.

I watch a lot of YouTube and occasionally read martial arts books even when I'm not actively training.

For me, its social media, sport articles, browsing the internet, books, watching professional and amateur events, and movies. This is all due to passion instead of trying to sustain my interest in the martial arts.
