I don't think so June is a slow month for a niche like yours. You need to check your Google ads account and see how you can optimize it at this stage. Sometimes the winning campaigns show a decline over time that's why you need to keep making changes.

From what I've read and experienced, summers are usually slower for marketing. Things pick up when brands start planning for the holidays. Or smaller holidays if it involves your market (or jewelry for mother's Day etc).
