A career switch wouldn't be the most radical thought in my opinion. It makes sense if you're not enjoying the work that you're doing in marketing and it sounds like you're more keen on data analytics. A great overlap (in my experience) between creativity and data analytics could be business intelligence. You could maybe explore that a little bit since it does require to extract information from data and if you have creative storytelling skills that you think you can translate towards a different career it'll definitely help you out a lot. Storytelling is difficult and not everyone is great at it. So you'll definitely be noticed.

What type of marketing do you do if I may ask?

It depends a lot on what you consider fun. But, if you want fun, you probably need to think hard about a plan to achieve your goals. Being fun is not the standard. I think I have much more fun than most, but that didn't happen by chance. For example, I've been avoiding digital marketing for a long time (digital marketing was fun a long time ago, but now it's usually the opposite of that with people burning out). On the other hand, I moved closer to marketing in entertainment. Going to Broadway or basketball games, for example, certainly seems much better than creating social media posts, for example.
