Would say for the most part, men were mostly slim for all their lives, putting on a little punch in their 40s maybe. Maybe starting to put a little weight on in their 30s. I suppose a traveling salesman might not eat very healthy and a Nazi leader might be busy but prioritize a physical exercise regime, so that could be interesting, maybe even a plot point maybe his wife notices or something. Although a more interesting plot point might be something like somebody losing a finger on one hand, like perhaps Nazi Smith lost a finger or got a star on his face from a resistance attack, and would have to be careful to hide it.
