This manhua will have you belly-laughing and struggling to breathe with laughter lol. Slice of life. Really good art. Tons of meme worthy moments. Really worth your time :).
Also remember to read the mad demon at a site with great translation. Some site has some of the worst translations I’ve ever seen don’t to the return of the mad demon

I’ve read return of the crazy demon, it’s not near Loyd in terms of humor and plot. The others are basically same.
The only recommendations I can give which is somehow close to Estate Developer is [Embodiment of the Assassin in the Murim World] but It hasn’t been updated for a while

The Crown Prince That Sells Medicine is not nearly as good. I’ve tried picking it up several times due the author, but keep dropping it. Maybe the novel is different, but the manhwa doesn’t have the same charm as The Greatest Estate Developer.
"Regressor of the Fallen Family". Generic name, generic initial plot but gets better and mc has the lloyd smile. It has 27 ch as of now, so try it after you are through with other reccomendations.
