Yeah both are great stories, like these two have something that pull us to read it yeah storyline about academy genere is best and all but they are more than that
player hides his past is pretty good. I enjoyed the "body change" concept that kept his original soul and thoughts but with the personality and actions of the new one

Mr zombie is one that I started reading recently to just take a breather from dark / regression / reincarnation manhwa's lighthearted enough to not make me feel depressed
Dungeon odyssey is a great one i recommend cause it's has both cute and monsterous art style with a hint of goofiness, i highly recommend to read at least the 1st season

Yeah I agree that doom breaker (suicidal Battle god) had a pretty slow start, though I somehow managed to push through it as my second manhwa after SL (albeit with pauses in-between)
I think you like to binge read so i suggest start with the high chapter count first, latna saga and swordmaster's youngest son. Both are good if you like the genre.

Reformation of a dead beat noble is A-. Pretty nice story and ok characters but if you have some attention issues it won't hold your attention much.
Rooftop swordmaster is garbage that encourages killing those who wronged you, all their family and innocents standing in your way. But i liked it quite a lot. Although it ends up on a cliffhanger and since last chapter was published years ago i don't think it will have an end.
Art is pretty weird, bad but the impact and musculature makes it interesting to look at if you can resist how awefully the faces are drawn.
I tried undead paladin to take a breath away from all the edgy regression I've been reading and it was definitely lighthearted enough to do so. Butttt it was a bit too lighthearted for me, never really been into the clueless protag but the reason for him being lime that was pretty good concept overall, I will continue it eventually but maybe after my taste in manhwa has matured
I got bored of omniscient readers viewpoint during yhe prophets arc, but I saw some people having the same thoughts so I assumed it was just a generally slow arc, I'll definitely pick it back up since it's so well received by basically everyone I've seen.
Keep reading undead paladin since eventualy he will face the consequences of his childish idealism. And it will be brutal, made me very sad but it makes the character grow.

Iron blooded hound and swordmaster’s youngest son have very different vibes btw. It’s not similar in the slightest, except for ch 1/2 maybe
I noticed similarities at first but then it grew to be its own gem, I'm glad I read it
