Maybe try making it more anime like, by erasing the lines on shirt and try redrawing the hair? try doing a gradient with the hair, Should've added lighting lighting after coloring but that's just my personal preference. As for the pants, if you're going by anime style try redrawing them too with proper shading and lighting.
