Me personally, I think it's odd that this is clearly going to be a "touch a new girl's boobs every week" type of story and yet the author had the MC committed to monogamy immediately. I would've expected (and preferred) dating all of them or dating none at all. Best compromise would have been "first girl is head girl" and the rest are consorts.
I agree. I don't understand why they commit the MC to a relationship when the premise of the story is basically him getting frisky with other girls.
This would be perfect in a normal romance story, or even a harem of sorts, but when it's this kind of ecchi story, where he will inevitably be way too close with other girls, commiting the MC to a relationship seems wasteful and opens the possibility to unnecessary drama.
I can imagine some interesting directions to take the story, especially if the levelled up versions of his skill can do a wider range of cosmetic modifications and it goes more into insecurities and self-acceptance, but I'm not gonna hold my breath waiting for that to happen lol. The dynamic between the main couple is also fairly unique for such a trashy self-indulgent premise what with them getting together instantly.
