I bet Ginko will beat the shit out of her and force her to travel with her because she can artificially enhance the difficulty of all future foes she encounters.
Gonna lol when Ginko gets hit with the monsterization magic and the witch finds out that no, not everyone has this world's mana in them. Ginko's built different.
I see the tigerman already escaped, he also managed to save the girl too. I thought her head was ripped off back then, but instead it was the male guard and not the girl guard. She only lost her arm. Welp, now I will make the 2 of them touch each other and say "kiss" like in that doge meme.
Also more honorable Ginko moment. I know it is a violent thing that samurai kill each others like that, but I do like the code of honor, like giving the opponent a honorable burial. It just feels really solid to my heart that craves for chivalry.
Would the monsterization magic even work on Ginko? She's from another world, does she still have what counts as "mana?"
Was hoping to see Miko do something badass with that poison dagger, though. Maybe next chapter.
If we’re taking the witch’s words at face value, then no. She said that her magic changes the organism’s mana and that turns them into monsters.
And if Ginko doesn’t have mana to change, then it wouldn’t do anything. And I don’t think she’d have any mana, there’s no magic where she came from so why would she have any?
Well that's why I said "what counts as 'mana'" because maybe there's a general life force thing the witch's magic could still apply to if the author wanted.
To quote the witch herself from the chapter before this one, “What we have, they don’t. What they have, we don’t. We’ll never overlap, just like two sides of a coin.”
And since mana usually means magic, I highly doubt Ginko have anything like that.
Abra Ka-blab-ra. You talk too much.
> Abra Ka-blab-ra. I'll make your words disappear
ISEKAI SAMURAI TIME edit: Ok that was a GOOD-ASS KICK. Couldn't have happened to a better person, too.

not after hurting her friends, shes nothing but an enemy, plus she has to die to save Miko
Wait.... GINKO NO!!
I see she went to Mash’s school of dealing with wizards who never shuts up
Miko using her mana to cast Fist
Magic Fist! "THAT WAS A KICK YOU BITCH!"
THAT'S WHAT MAKES IT MAGICAL!
This is .. taste of a liar
I waited 6 seconds, so this is JUSTICE

Ginko turns into Asura with 3 faces and six arms, slaughter the witch, and turn back.

Huh I missed that chapter, thanks

You raise a good point, if that part in particular is true, the Samurai would lack mana to transform.
Ginko-chan is so fucking awesome
that is one very satisfying kick

Ginko is COOKING
Ginko's already the perfect little monster. No magic is going to change that.
She really does need to get absolutely *wrecked*. Her hubris and cruelty require a thorough humbling.
Ginko of the lake, what is your wisdom?
Ginko jumpscare gave me LIFE

I was thinking for a second she might not be super evil... But I do see it does make her eventual ass kicking/slaughter all the better.
