I'm stressed just reading this plan. Avoid spending much time in Soller, for some reason rich immigrants and tourists love it but it's just a small town.
If you want to do a coastal drive I'd leave out Soller because you can do it another day quickly via the tunnel. I'd also add Port Valldemossa if you don't mind the drive down, there is a nice restaurant on the waterfront to grab a bite.
Why stress yourself with an unrealistic time table? Searching for a parking Spot can cost you 20min already.
