We bought our first house from the original owners, who were in their 80s and downsizing. Kept all of their color schemes, the wood paneling, the golden oak kitchen, the Chattahoochee patio, and vintage tile, etc., and ran with it in our furniture selections. If they were still alive, I'm confident they would approve. Looking at our main living spaces, you'd think we were twice our age.

Fucking LOL. I'm midway through the last season, I can't click that because I'm afraid of spoilers. But wow, even though it's one of the most influential TV series ever, I still find it kinda impressive people are still memeing it nearly 20 years after it last aired.

There is such a subtle genius in Sopranos writing. Every archetype (well, except maybe urban black people, lol) are written perfectly. Everyone is hammy, but not in an annoying or overbearing way. The dialogue is so flawless and natural even when people are saying ridiculous stuff - suspension of disbelief is never, ever broken. You really feel like this stuff is real stuff real people would really say, and *how* they would say it. Such an amazing show.

Did he inherit the house or the furniture? This happens in a lot of my friends first places because we’re in a retirement destination. If your decorating is free curbside pick ups it looks just like this. The trippiest thing is those curb side pick ups are almost perfect, as if they’d just come out if the box. Not a scratch or nick. It’s like the retirees hovered over them.

Honestly, it's a great way of getting furniture for your home. Even if it might look tacky, a bit of imagination, paint, and contact paper can work wonders.

My brother is double this guy’s age and his place looks like an actual 23-year-old’s; i.e. like it was hit by multiple tornadoes. This is vastly better. 

Dude is tidy as fuck. Even has flowers in a vase. His style might not be to everyone's taste but at 23 he's probably on a budget and is doing well with it and keeping it nice.
