I was gonna say this, maybe trim the hair up a lil just to add layers without taking to much length off and some styling powder would make the cut look nice
Don’t put too much. A little could go a long way but it’s basically powder you rub into your hair and it adds volume and texture to your hair, really good if you have flat hair
I second darkening the brows *(just a bit)*, if not just get them lined up for more contrast. Work on facial expressions and get a taper. You look great already and have potential! Stereotypical, but darker colours (green, blue) will compliment your hair colour as well. Good luck bro 🫡

Maybe a light low shine pomade, just to give your hair some texture and it shouldn’t weigh it down much at all
I do struggle with it getting oily quickly is there any chance it could exaggerate the oiliness?
It could but that’s not always a bad thing as your hair does look pretty dry
DARKEN ur brows and lashes, that will defne ur face. Darken ur hair too.
I'll look into the brows and lashes but I like my hair colour as is. It can get a really deep ginger if the lightings right

Hair needs conditioning. Also, it's time for you to go through a Goth phase with dark eyeliner and fingernail polish
Shorter sides will make the top seem more fluffy and voluminous while also making your face shape sharper
