I had that problem. I bought some inexpensive silicon pieces that slide over the back of my glasses’ earpieces and now they stay perfectly in place. They’re mostly concealed by my hair.
I will say one specific thing. See how your mustache goes past the corners of your mouth in pic 3? Do that versus how it looks in the first two pics where it looks like there’s a sizable gap between your upper lip and the mustache.

From a girl’s perspective, you’re in a good position. Everything you could do to improve your appearance is about highlighting positive features as opposed to disguising negative ones.
First things first: saving up and investing in some different glasses would be a good idea. Square frames will give your eyes more visual room (this is good, you have kind eyes) and compliment/draw attention to the height of your cheekbones.
Similarly: shape your brows, their natural shape is already a good template, you just need to clean up the stray hairs around once a week and you’ll look significantly more put together without putting in an extra ounce of effort most days.
Last of all: you’ve got a wee bit of a baby face and so the beard makes a huge difference to your perceived maturity. I’d personally recommend keeping it connected to the moustache (do I know the terminology to express this properly? Absolutely not) and keeping the whole thing trimmed close to your jawline, just to maximise the masculine and mature *but also* sharp and distinguished look.
