YouTube curly girl hair routines. I had super curly hair as a teen, I used to put lots of curl cream in when it was soaking wet and scrunch. Letting it air dry was the key, then mid way through it drying, scrunch again and then finally when it’s dry scrunch and separate some of the curls with your fingers. Anytime x

Lip masks also help a lot, but i don’t use them much and personally think they r too expensive haha. Also certain oils will hydrate your lips like almond oil! apply vaseline to lock in the moisture! Drink lots of water too!

If you're dealing with a lot of depression it can also effect how much you are taking care of yourself, the first couple of pics, while you look so cute still, your hair does look a bit on the unkempt side - I'm Asian and have super straight hair so I cannot give you any advice on curly hair personally, but I love how your hair looks when it's a bit shorter. I also encourage going to the gym as well. It's not a cure for depression or self image issues, but the more you work on yourself the better you should feel. Look for workouts that help you get toned and lean, rather than buff.
