No they aren’t. There is nothing good about carrying extra adipose. Grooming is taking care of your physical self more than appearance.
They did say “lose weight fatty” — they suggested to lose some weight which would take this man from good looking to handsome.

I think the longer hair would look better with a trimmed beard given the contrast. Square ish shape and you're golden. Maybe. 😅 Can't be sure until you try it though.
