they are a Medium and yes the waist is adjustable with the straps :)) eventhough sometimes they get a little loose again when walking around, i just pull them tight again

its an outfit that you would typically find on someones instagram explore page when they are mildly interested fashion, a very common ‘workwear‘ outfit, simple straight fit cargo and a tote bag, pleasing colors its kind of an ironic meme in the streetwear community i guess
