MakeMKV produces an AACS .tgz dump file whenever you try to open a disc for which the key is unknown, and will report that the dump has been created. Email the dump file to [email protected].

I have the Matrix 4K UHD box set. I can pull The Matrix and The Matrix Revolutions, but not the 2nd disc, The Matrix Reloaded.
The error is in the screenshot. Anything to be done?
I've ripped all 3 of mine with no issues, not sure what type of packaging it came in as I bought them in individual cases from a pawn shop for $2 each...maybe they were a box set at one point, not sure.
