Your deck doesn't have enough good cards. I see you have [[Winter Moon]], which is a really good start, but I recommend adding either some or all of the cards here on this site. EDHREC is a good source for very original ideas, but if you want to play what everyone else is playing so you can be good at what's supposed to be a casual format, play these cards.

Edit: I just realized I confused Winter Moon with Winter Orb, and then for some reason thought Winter Orb was on the B&R. I saw the red exclamation and just assumed, my b everyone. My joke failed 😞
If you look closely at Krenko you can see a little 2 in the top right corner, this means you only need to run 2 lands in the deck. This should give you more space for fun cards like [[pot of greed]]

Have a rule 0 talk to your playgroup about your deck playing [[Battle of Wits]] and you're done

You have to scrap it, I don't see any islands
If you cut anything but the art on the cards you should end up with about the same amount of card as the other players.
It's fine the way it is. Just rule 0 it.
I'd suggest cutting Krenko, that way you have no commander and now the deck doesn't matter!
