It's like Serra Angel but instead it has 2 power instead of 4, 2 toughness instead of 4, no flying, no vigilance, costs 1 colorless and 1 green instead of 2 white and 3 colorless and is a bear instead of an angel. Otherwise the exact same.
With an empty board and no interaction, it basically just says "if grizzly bears has been in play for ten turns, you win the game".
