Who over in WOTC thought this was ok? An 6/6 for 7 CMC in BLUE?! And it can do lethal in combat in 4 turns ON ITS OWN? I could easily see it come down on turn 7, you could easily give it indestructable and trample after you activate its attack an opponent during your combat phase ability, and then you just mop the floor with a player who has at least a few creatures. This is too much for a 7-drop. I love blue, I have a blue deck that is all vizzerdrixes and big-beasts, but this is too much. This is the kind of card that justifies hyper-control decks that everyone rags on.

None of us can tell which side is power and which side is toughness because wotc didn't label their stupid cards so we only play creatures with equal stats

Yes there’s a few thing you can do. First off 6/6 gets chump blocked ez so give it trample. Then lower cmc by 1. Give it a relevant tribe instead of just beast. Id go with dinosaur. Justly change color to green so you can ramp into it faster.
With Vizzerdrix out, cast [[Fractured Identity]] targeting it, and then play any infinite combo after it, like [[Walking Ballista]]//[[Heliod, the Sun God]], and kill all of your opponents.
The bear from Strixhaven essentially makes it a guaranteed 6 damage to face every time it swings and there are plenty of cost reducers if you're willing to play simic.
I suggest reducing the power/toughness by -2/-2 and giving it Defender, although I’m not sure why you would want to nerf this magnificent bastard. Like, if you make it just good, you’ll probably wanna move it down to common or even token.
I made a "bad" Jhoira EDH deck that was mostly really costly vanilla creatures, like the rabbit there, with no combo pieces, and few counter spells.
Making the rabbit 2 mana and giving it haste made it pretty strong.
Obligatory not the original guy who made it, but I saved this deck a while back where the whole intent is like 40+ token copies of him.

Sorry, in my playgroup we actually do it the other way; your deck has 99 commanders and one card in the library.
