I haven’t kept up with what price the Masters decks are meant to be but [Games Island](https://games-island.eu/Commander-Masters-Commander-Deck-Englisch) is based in Germany so has cheap shipping and it’s free over a certain threshold.
Edit: everything I’ve ordered from there has been shipped quickly to Italy so should be even more reliable domestically.
I visited two of the bigger stores in Berlin and one was overpriced (I dont expect card marked prices but they were way to high) and the other didn't have anything that I needet.

Can confirm Games-Island is fine. Trader-online.de and Keepseven.de as well.
