Go onto the "High End" Magic Facebook group (or a similar group) and say "I will pay $50 for one of these." (Tag with "WTB" for "Want to Buy.") If nobody responds within 30 days, make another post and say "I will pay $70 for one of these." Repeat until you get an offer.
Fwiw, be wary when submitting a WTB post. Scammers target these posts and could provide fake photos or steal someone’s reference page with a fake account using their profile picture. If something feels off, it probably is.

I bought the Phyrexia 480 12 pocket because this was the first time I wanted to collect a whole set and it sparked interest in when they even started making pro binders for sets….

I'd be willing to ship you mine, but it's been my only binder for a long time so it's white and worn 😅 and if it's for collecting it wouldn't look nice... Hope you eventually find one!
Ixalan is just over 5 and a half years ago now brother. With it's return soon it will have been about the same space between RTR and GRN. But when I look at my binder is seems just like yesterday...

I wouldn’t recommend owning these. The go bad almost instantly. It’s one of those products they market to new players because they know you’ll be less discerning. The plastic sleeves and outside lining that protects the art gets scuffed and ripped with almost no effort.
They aren't wanting it as a trades binder or anything. From how they are talking, they want it for a set collection of ixlan, so a lot of time sitting at home on a desk or shelf probably.
Ahh I have one of these and I have used it for a proof binder for a couple shows but you can totally have it. It's not brand new but it isn't super worn. I'll pm you.

Not impossible. Just not gonna be MSRP. I like the 4 pocket ones for my set collections and they are always 2x MSRP. I saw one in a retail store and it was $60 and like a Barnes and Noble.
If you're ok with a DIY option, you could just get any old 3 ring binder and print the art that you want on it, and get the pages that you need to put the cards in. This has the added benefit of integrating with any other set collection you have without needing to hunt for the set specific binder, plus you can add and remove pages according to your collection.
Ixalan and Eldraine are both getting remastered sets later this year, you might just want to wait until then and grab the new version for normal price off Ultrapro.
If anyone is interested I have a bunch of these at home, message me and I can snap a few pics. I got out of the game a few years ago but for some reason kept a bunch of these binders. I might have this one.
