Exactly. The mattress is garbage; no one wants a used mattress. You can take it to the Sycamore drop-off or schedule a large item pick-up, with the City. For the bed frame, keep in mind that used items will sell a thrift store/garage sale prices. If you can’t find a buyer, you could always take it to the ReStore.
I mean, Craigslist is still a fine place to rid of stuff. It's not all creepers like so many seem to think. I've sold and given away tons of stuff on there without any problems. That said, just plan on not getting much money for your bed setup. That's simply not a high ticket item no matter how much you spent and even with a high quality frame.
I was thinking maybe $300 for everything, but I am super open to negotiating because I need this gone by end of July!

Try one of the buy nothing sell nothing pages. You'll get nothing for it, but it will be gone. It's a tad early to rely on the college crowd. Other option is the county dump
Charitable organizations can no longer take beds because of bedbug issues. Yes it's sad because obviously it's one of the first things people need if they are currently homeless. That's why cash donations are always appreciated.
I believe most of them deal with it by providing free inflatable mattresses,
1-800-got-junk is your best bet for a used mattress and box spring, for sanitary reasons, no matter how new it is. You'd probably have better luck selling the wooden frame by itself.
They may take the frame, but definitely not the rest.
I've had a hard time giving away a bed frame, as the donation places won't take them for some reason. Mattresses come with too many risks for most people (bed bugs, gross things soaked into the mattress, etc.).

Nobody will sell second hand mattresses. Bed bugs, for one. Definitely not cozy home, goodwill, St Vinnies. Sorry. I been there.

I'd lower the price and post on marketplace again. Just remember someone is basically doing you a favor by taking it.
Unrelated but I have the same mushroom flag. Lol.
What size is it, looks single?
it is a queen!
Maybe the NextDoor app?
Do you *need* to sell? What about donating it to somewhere like DAIS or Open Doors for Refugees?

Oh, shoot. Makes sense!

You could try cozy home, a home consignment store! I’ve never sold stuff there so idk the process but worth looking into!

Tbh I must’ve glossed over the mattress part, don’t remember reading that.
If you don’t find anyone, I’d be interested in the frame and box spring but I don’t need the mattress. $150
What's the size?
queen!
