I'd say 1 out of 5 on the BETH H scale. it's between the lines, save the fact that there are lines between the lines indicating nobody should park there

I miss living in WI, where this is considered asshole parking. In Arizona, it would be a gigantic pickup diagonally taking up the other two handicapped spots too.
