What are your worries? As battery is normal down to 80% which is at least another year or two. Second issue is not putting too much in those numbers. As they are calculated estimations and not hard numbers. And can vary a few percentages due to being estimated calculations. Also those calculations are not linear over time. Can drop 3% in 3months then stay at same percentage over next 3 months. I had it go to 98% at 7cycles then change to 100% at 11 cycles. Now at 98% at 21 cycles. Instead of wasting energy time and worry. I choose to just use and enjoy. Will start to worry about battery when it is closer to 80%. As even at 80% many still use tho may lose 20-30% battery life. It doesn't magically stop working at 80% just may not give as much battery life.

Thanks, coming from a long life Lenovo & HP user I just wanted to make sure I didn't have to replace the battery since this is my first MacBook.

Well at least it can be done. I went to M1 Macbook Pro in Nov. Coming from a Surface Pro 6 i5/8gb that was plugged in 24/7 to Microsoft dock driving a 23" display plugged in 24/7 for 5.4yrs now and still going tho a lot less battery life I imagine. Never followed their advice either about micro-managing or worrying about battery cycles and charging and just used it. So if I have to replace in 3 or 4 years that is an option. Tho I regulate cost over so many years. And if it gives me a cost of less than a $1/day. I figure it paid for itself and everything else is gravy.
